If you experience technical difficulties, a link to the support platform is available in the header of each page.
There are two ways of reporting a technical issue:
directly visit the helpdesk, login with your Episciences credentials and create a ticket describing your problem
send an email to the support address email@example.com - Sending the email will automatically create a ticket in the helpdesk.
In any case, we will reply to you via the ticket system where all requests are centralised. We will do our best to help you with any issues, but please be aware that replies may not be immediate: we are a small team and we may not be located in the same time zone as you are.
